A craft beer bar at the crossroads of Shinjuku and Shibuya featuring 18 Taps of Japanese nano and micro craft beer breweries and international craft beer breweries. The beers are curated to showcase the best of Japanese craft beers from across the country with some collaborative brews with Yuya, the manager. They also have bottles and cans from international breweries such as Taihu, Other Half, etc. Their food menu features classic pub grub like (Sword) Fish and Chips, Fries with Samurai Sauce (shisho peppers in there) and their signature Mac n Cheese. The bar opens from 3pm on most days and gets filled up really quickly by evening time. A delightful space for drinks and a spot of dinner after work; the staff are very friendly and most speak English! It's a definite go-to for craft beer aficionados and people who want to visit something other than a Ginza Lion or an Izakaya.

A cool and neat jizake to just do tasters by the terrace overlooking gorgeous mountains and it’s soooo quiet out there. So pretty in winter too.

This place is like 50m from Shibuya crossing, but yet away from view cos its 5m from the front of the building in the building lobby on the ground floor. Insanely cheap sakes and food and open till 5an. Superbly local vibe with no English menu so go with google translate. Won't leave standing if you can stomach it. prob spend $100 per pax max including alcohol.

In the quant little town of matusomoto, this place promotes hiruzake - ie daytime drinking only. This place opens from 1pm-7pm. That's it. Has tons of local sakes (from Nagano etc) and its definitely worth a visit.
